Product exchange and returns

We are confident that you will be more than pleased with your item ordered from our eshop  www.blackhilloutdoor.com. However, if you are not fully satisfied (the item does not fit properly or the product does not meet your expectations), we will be happy to exchange it for a different size, color or model. Within 14 days from accepting the parcel you have the right to exchange the product or return it without giving a reason why you do so. If you decide to return the product and request to reimburse the product price then you have the right to do so in accordance with § 12, section 1 Act no. 108/2000 of the Consumer protection regulations in the case of the mail order sales.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE (Download the form) 

1. EXCHANGE BY SENDING THE PRODUCT TO THE SELLER’S ADDRESS

– Send and return the product within 14 days from accepting the parcel.

– The product in parcel has to be complete, intact, unused, with tags to enable product resale.

– Enclose the receipt or invoice together with a filled-in form.

– Submit the information about the new product (including the size and color) you would like to receive in exchange for the returned item.

– Do not send product with COD method otherwise we would not accept it and the parcel will return back to your address.

– The new product should have the same or higher value than the one you are returning. If the new product is more expensive, you will pay the price difference.

– All shipping costs are paid by you (when returning the product as well as getting a new one in exchange).

– We recommend sending the parcel as registered and insured to the order value (if the parcel gets lost or damaged, you will be able to request a compensation from your selected provider).

– Send the product to be exchanged to the following address: Garage Sport s.r.o. (Ltd.), Razusova 15, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia.

– Your new requested product you selected in the form will be send to your delivery address right away (if in stock, otherwise we will inform you).

2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE IN PERSON AT THE SELLER’S PREMISES

– You can exchange the product at our premises at the following address: Garage Sport s.r.o. (Ltd.), Razusova 15, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia.

– The order has to be complete, intact, unused, with tags to enable product resale.

– You need to submit the receipt or invoice together with the product.

– The new product should have the same or higher value than the one you are returning. If the new product is more expensive, you will pay the price difference.

3. WHEN THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED

– If the product is mechanically damaged.

– If the product is used or worn.

  • If the order is not complete (the product needs to be intact, including all accessories, documents, and also the receipt).

 

PRODUCT RETURNS  (Download the form) 

1. PRODUCT RETURNS AT THE SELLER’S ADDRESS

As a customer purchasing the product through the e-shop website www.blackhilloutdoor.com, you have the right in accordance with § 7, Act no. 102/2014  (Consumer protection rights in regards to the product sale or rendition of services on the basis of the sale contract concluded remotely or outside seller’s premises, including changes and additions to the legislation) to return the product without giving any reason within 14 days from accepting delivery.

 

– Send the product to be returned no later than on the 14th day from receiving it.

– The product in parcel has to be complete, intact, unused, with tags to enable product resale.

– If you received a gift with your order, it must be sent back, otherwise you would be charged the actual price of the item as listed on our website,

– Enclose the receipt or invoice with a filled-in form.

– Do not forget to fill in your bank details (IBAN – international bank account number, and BIC – bank international code (swift code)) to which we should refund you.

– We are obliged to refund you to your bank account for the product returns within 14 days from accepting the parcel with your returns,

– Do not send product with COD method otherwise we would not accept it and the parcel will return back to your address,

–  All shipping costs are paid by you.

2. RETURNING THE PRODUCT IN PERSON AT THE SELLER’S PREMISES

– You can return the product purchased via our e-shop in person as well - to our premises at the following address: Garage Sport s.r.o. (Ltd.), Razusova 15, 977 01 Brezno, Slovakia.

– If you received a gift with your order, it must be returned back together with the product, otherwise you would be charged the actual price of the item as listed on our website.

– The product has to be complete, intact, unused, with tags to enable product resale.

– You need to bring the receipt or invoice together with the product.

  • We are obliged to refund you to the bank account you request within 14 days from accepting the product return.

 

 

3. WHEN YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT

  • If the product is mechanically damaged.
  • If the product is used or worn.
  • If the order is not complete (the product needs to be intact, including all accessories, documents, and also the receipt).
